Even my wife was ROTFL!!

Not a funny matter of course considering the narrator said he suffered broken ribs.

IMO that surf was too much to launch from. There wasn't enough span between waves to get past the next set.

I wish I had the video. A couple of guys on the surf had a good laugh. They still mention the story to me!
I could barley see him but I think after the first smash he attempted to do it again and suffered the same fate as the fellow in the video. I remember coming in and he was lying on his back in exhaustion. I couldn't laugh much at him because I rolled on the way in and I was huffing and puffing. Maybe he will chime in and tell his side of the story; that is, if he hasn't already blanked it from his memory.
